The house offers all the amenities of a very well-equipped holiday home, even for self-catering:

 1) The kitchen has all the appliances that make cooking easy and convenient. Stove, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer, or Dishes for eleven people are available.

 2) Washing machine, free parking and WiFi are also available.

 3) we renovated and embellished the house in early 2019, all beds, bed linen, towels, bath towels and the dishes are new.

The immediate proximity to the longest beach of Lake Garda (300m), to the city center (1200m), to the beach promenade with numerous restaurants, cafes and bars and even to the ferry port make the location of the house perfect. Park your car and enjoy an unforgettable vacation with lots of Italian charm.
For the golfer there is the golf course "delle Olivi in Margiaga" (3.5 km) with 18 holes. There is also the beautifully located golf restaurant with a breathtaking view of the Bay of Garda.
