The apartment was completed in 2019 and has a high quality and new equipment. The living and dining area is spacious and flooded with light. From the living room you can access the balcony with garden furniture, which invites you to relax. The open kitchen with dining table is fully equipped and offers all the comfort you could wish for. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide) and another television. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures an additional feel-good factor. The washing machine in the apartment can be used free of charge.

Entertainment in the evening: A large LED smart flat screen TV in the living room invites you to cozy movie evenings. There is also another smart TV in the bedroom. An internet radio with Bluetooth function and free WiFi access are also part of the entertainment.
