This home is located in the Veranda Palms Resort ideally located close to everything. Minutes away to Disney, Universal, Seaworld, shopping outlets, Target is steps away with lots of food options, mini putt putt and ice cream stores .

Family

It was a nice home, big enough for our large family. Home rules were within reason but the temperature of the home was not in sync. Kids and adults all enjoyed the pool. The home was located on within a busy neighborhood also going through construction. Although, the house we originally picked was switched out right before our arrival, management was in constant communication with us and was able to workaround the issues they had with prior occupants. Overall, it was a great fit for our family and proximity to Disney.

Misleading

1st when we arrived we noticed other cars in the driveway. We then proceed to call the manager of the property because we thought we were scammed. The manager tells us that there must’ve been a mixup with addresses and that is not the house we will be staying in so they put us in the house next-door. My family and I was very upset because it’s not what we paid for. The house that we ended up staying in we were told was about a year old but he had a holes in the walls and the furniture was messed up. Did the manager says he could work on some type of compensation because my family had no choice but to stay there. It has been a week since we checked out and we still haven’t heard back from the manager. My family has agreed that we will never stay at this property again because this is false advertising. We paid for a specific house and we did not get that house..

Great new property in new neighborhood

It was great to find a property with a larger number of rooms. It seemed that every time you thought you have seen all the rooms, you open another door to an undiscovered room. We opted for the pool heater and was not disappointed, made the pool a wonderful place to enjoy fall in Orlando.
