About this property

Centrally located mid-century oasis with large private, heated pool in fenced-in backyard, nicely decorated living spaces as well as a remote-work and workout area. The quiet backyard features a grill, fire pit, and outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy the minimalistic desert garden with a pool. The Highland Vista neighborhood offers mountain views and is great for strolls, runs, and house-watching. Easy access to everything Tucson has to offer.

The house offers three bedrooms, one with a king bed and ensuite bathroom and two with queen beds and a shared bathroom. All beds have a 12-inch hybrid mattress with cooling gel and memory foam lumbar support, as well as different pillows to meet your sleeping preferences.

The living room features a separate dining area, a lounge space with a wood-burning fireplace, and a TV with access to streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware, cooking utensils, a coffee maker, a microwave, a blender, filtered water from the fridge, etc.

The spacious kitchen has a designated work area/desk with a laser printer, as well as a mini-gym with light weights, a yoga mat, and a TV with free on-demand exercise classes.

The outdoor area includes a large covered porch with a dining table and lounge chairs adjacent to the kitchen. The large pool is heated in the colder months, maintained year-round, and regularly tested. Sun chairs and a fire pit surround a minimalistic desert garden. A grill and propane gas are also included. The entire backyard is private and fully fenced in.

Handsome Home

The house is very comfortable. The WiFi is excellent. The pool and patio are fabulous with comfortable chairs and warm pool. The location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and downtown Tucson.

Cozy Home Away From Home

What a wonderful place to stay! The house was cozy, clean and well equipped. It truly had everything we needed. The beautiful backyard was a perfect place to relax. Michael was a great host and answered any questions we had within minutes. We would definitely stay here again!

Wildcat Parents Weekend

We really enjoyed our weekend at the "Stylish Mid-century Oasis"! The home is well equipped for cooking and BBQing. We spent a lot of time swimming in the very clean pool!

Clean and comfortable

I was so amazed at how clean the property was. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was just as posted in the description. The kids enjoyed the pool. Very nice experience! Thank you!

Very Nice!

Michael's place is super clean, very well stocked with many little extras, and comfy. The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures and the pool is wonderful and well kept. The mid-century vibe is calming and so appropriate to the house! Most importantly, when I contacted Michael about a small issue after we arrived, he was prompt and super courteous about seeing to it. Five well earned stars!

We really enjoyed the house and the outdoor backyard space was great! Our dogs loved it. We all found the beds very comfortable which is huge for us! I would defiantly rent again when I come back to Tucson.

Great home & location

Rent this home (if I don’t beat you to it)! The home is very clean, roomy and stocked better than most rentals. The host answered all our questions and left items labeled and organized. The pool was amazing! Nice comfortable temperature and very large. We swam in it twice a day and truly enjoyed it and the spacious backyard. I would highly recommend this rental.
