The space
The unit is 1 bedroom on the top floor with a queen size bed, a king bed in the common space and a full size futon in living room. This is one of 3 units. Discounts available for renting more than one unit at a time or the whole house. Just ask! The bedroom has been recently updated with a memory foam mattress and smart flat screen TV with Netflix. The unit has a few kitchen necessities: mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. Paper plates, cups and disposable silverware provided. There is a full bath with shower/ tub combo with new adjustable shower head, new flooring, updated vanity, updated toilet and updated lighting. Sunroom located off bedroom provides private entrance into unit and a nice, peaceful place to relax and enjoy the view of the yard. Fans provided in unit. Central Heat and 2 AC units. Towels, bed linens, and blankets provided. Also soft and firm pillows provided. The shared backyard boasts 3 grills and two grilling stations as well as a large hang out space with a dart board and fire pit (wood for burning in firepit provided). We also have a free laundry available for all three units and off street parking.

This unit is on the top floor and you will need to climb stairs to get to it. It is “hotel style” meaning there is only one private bedroom.
