The Sapphire has some of the best amenities, starting with the 100 yard pool, world class spa, movie and game room! This suite is on the 13th floor and has almost 1,800 square feet of living space. Reserve your space at one of the cabanas, take a walk along the beach, or relax on the balcony. Our focus is to make your time here as pleasant as possible. This modern 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath condo with almost 1,800 square feet of living space easily sleeps 8 people. It has a comfortable open layout with views to the beach as well as the Laguna Madre Bay, the views of the sunrise and sunset are absolutely amazing!
The Sapphire is conveniently located within minutes from restaurants, shopping plazas, and also has direct beach access with a private boardwalk. There are many wonderful amenities including a full service spa, game room, and theatre on the first floor! If you need anything during your stay, we're just a phone call away!
South Padre Island is lined with restaurants, breweries, cafés, ice cream shops, and beachside restaurants/bars. Many locals and tourists enjoy wind surfing, fishing, dinner cruises and much more! The City of South Padre Island offers free metro transportation and Uber/Taxis are also available. Some people prefer to walk, rent a bike, or rent a golf cart to get around.

Condo Rules:
-Guest registration forms MUST be submitted prior to arrival.
-No Smoking of any kind, including vaping.
-Do not leave children unattended on the balconies.
-Primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid ID is required at check-in.
-A MAXIMUM of 8 guests permitted, this includes infants and children. NO Exceptions
-ONLY registered individuals will be granted access to the property.
-ONLY owners are permitted to have visitors.
-No pets allowed.
-NO candles allowed in condo.
-Failure to abide by Sapphire rules may result in fines and/or eviction.

"At check in the concierge will ask for ID’s of all guests to confirm the renter and guests are a family living under the same household during their check in time. We will not allow check in if the renter does not meet these requirements. Family is considered only immediate (mother, father, daughter, son, and/or grandparents). Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews or nieces are NOT considered immediate family."
