Welcome to our charming three-bedroom condo, nestled just moments away from the serene shores of Weirs Beach on Lake Winnipesaukee, one of New Hampshire's most beloved vacation destinations.
As you enter, you'll find our fully equipped kitchen, complete with appliances and cookware, ensuring a delightful culinary experience throughout your stay. Relax in our carefully arranged sleeping quarters, comprising a luxurious queen main bedroom with an en-suite bath, a cozy guest bedroom furnished with two twin beds, and an additional snug guest bedroom featuring bunk beds. The main living area boasts a pull-out sofa, providing comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests.
Take in the stunning views from the deck, or enjoy our array of on-site amenities, including tennis courts, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, and a charming children's play area. Fire up the grills for an outdoor barbecue, and take advantage of complimentary Wi-Fi, linens, and towels provided for your convenience. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on the property, and trailer parking is available for added ease.
Please note that stair access is required due to the elevated position of the condo, and unfortunately, our units are not handicap accessible. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book, with a valid photo ID required at check-in. A refundable damage deposit of $200 is collected upon arrival, with a $50 fee applicable to cancellations requiring refunds.

Coolvacay is new to Lake Winnipesaukee in 2022. The location of Village of Winnipesaukee is a great value for vacationers. Only blocks from Weirs Beach along Lake Winnipesaukee. Winter and summer activities to be enjoyed by all!
