Welcome to our charming three-bedroom condo, nestled just blocks away from the picturesque Weirs Beach on Lake Winnipesaukee, one of New Hampshire's most beloved vacation destinations! Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun-filled winter adventure, our cozy condo has everything you need for a memorable stay.
Step inside to discover a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for whipping up a warm meal after a day in the snow. The sleeping arrangements include a queen main bedroom with an attached bath, a cozy guest bedroom with two twin beds, and an additional small guest bedroom with bunk beds. The main living area offers a pull-out sofa, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests.
Unwind on the deck, or enjoy our on-site amenities such as tennis courts, a seasonal outdoor pool (though closed in winter), and a children's play area. Grills, free Wi-Fi, linens, towels, and laundry facilities are provided for your convenience. You can even bring your RV or boat, as parking is available for trailers.

Coolvacay is new to Lake Winnipesaukee in 2022. The location of Village of Winnipesaukee is a great value for vacationers. Only blocks from Weirs Beach along Lake Winnipesaukee. Winter and summer activities to be enjoyed by all!
