INTRODUCING SUNSET CAPTIVA BAYSIDE 103 "SEA TO SEA"
Direct bayfront condominium located at Sunset Captiva Bayside 103. The perfect island destination offering a great location that puts you in the heart of the Captiva Island Village area, where you will have an easy walk to restaurants, shops and the beach!
CONDO FEATURES
Newly remodeled condo as of 2023! With elegant touches throughout, Sunset Captiva Bayside 103 is a two bedroom, two bath condo that has direct waterfront views of Pine Island Sound. This spacious 1500 sq. ft. first floor unit is nicely decorated with smart TV, free WIFI and cable. The living area also provides additional sleeping with a queen sleep sofa. The open floor plan includes a dining area and fully equipped kitchen including stainless steel appliances as well as a washer and dryer inside the unit. The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom, as the guest bedroom features one queen and one double bed.
**Due to Hurricane Ian, the boat dock is still not operating. No boats or fishing are allowed until further notice** -- April, 2024.

**Boat dock is not operable and cannot be used for docking or fishing until further notice- June 2023**
