Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located on the Riverside makes for beautiful sunset walks. The guesthouse is located behind beautiful manicured 1910 home. Walking distance from Armature Works, Riverwalk, Downtown. 5 min drive to Historic Ybor City, Amelia Arena. Less than 10 min from Raymond James stadium, Airport, Hyde Park Village, MidTown, International Mall. We’re in a FANTASTIC location! You can rent bikes, scooters etc…walking distance.

Great for single traveler

Downstairs Apartment is great for one person. I stayed for “business” and needed a safe, clean, and quiet place to stay for the week. Score! The apartment had everything I needed. The hospitality of the owners was the cherry on top.

Pre-Cruise Stay

Property is very convenient to Port of Tampa. Well stocked. We enjoyed the property. If I had to pick a minor complaints was the mattress pad didn’t allow the sheets to fit and when you rolled over the sheet kept popping off. Also maybe put carpet or more soundproofing upstairs, very loud children running in circles but luckily they went to bed when we did! Thank you for sharing your property!

Our host Maria, was very good at communicating and was very quick to respond to our questions. The guest house was super clean and the location was perfect! My husband and I will definitely stay here again when we make another trip to Tampa!

A Perfect Stay – Thoughtful Hosts & Amazing Amenities!I had an absolutely amazing stay at this guesthouse! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—no highways needed from the airport, making the trip stress-free. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, anticipating every need before I even had to ask.One of the highlights was the fire pit experience. As soon as I requested it, the hosts were all hands on deck, setting everything up quickly and making sure I had everything needed to enjoy a cozy evening. The attention to detail in this property is truly exceptional.Every amenity I could think of was already provided, making my stay effortless and relaxing. Just wonderful

The location is great - close to everything - and easy to get around to all the various spots in Tampa. And, when your day winds down, it’s a quiet, safe location. Will definitely be staying here again and recommending to friends.

This place was good enough for two of us and the owner was responsive. I do wish the listing was more transparent that you would have people staying above you as we were woke by them most mornings and the coffee maker did never work correctly, so i had to door dash. I also wish the furniture was comfortable. While the bed was great no othet furniture was comfortably to sit on

Quick weekend getaway

We flew in for a quick trip for a day at Busch gardens and had an amazing time but now realize we need to come back and stay here again because there were so many fun things to do, even within walking distance! Hosts were amazing and beyond friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

great location and owners

moving to area and owners were very helpful giving great advice on areas i was looking at. very cute guest house and very close to Riverwalk. They also have a larger 2x1 guesthouse for folks that need more room or have additional guests. The 1x1 was perfect for us.
