I asked for instructions on how to check into this property as I would be flying in the evening. I was only given a code that did not work as I tried to get my valuables away from the people who were doing drugs in the van behind me. I called "Ashi" who was rude and acted as if she did not know it was the most dangerous neighborhoods. While my life was at risk, she didn't like my tone, not considering I was in fear of my life. That is before you get inside and realize you can hear FULL conversations as if the people from I do not know where are right in your space. The quiet time is BS because there is not quiet time! You can hear full on conversations. And, it was so cold!! While it was 50 degrees outside, my dog was so miserable with the conversations and termperature, she kept getting back inside the her travel bag. EVERYDAY she begged me to go home. The only time I heard from "Ashi" even though I had asked her to send me the instructions I never received, was to tell me I must have packed her remote. Being the Lady I am, I looked through all my luggage and did find the remote returning it to her an nearly missing my flight. This all for someone who would not even show the kindness to turn up the heat. The apartment is as pictured. NO IT IS NOT the angle of the camera, it is a substandard size furniture. The bed is as hard as a rock, so much so that I slept on the micro sofa that I can liken it to sleeping on a church pew that has a cushion. While it appears to have this wonderful stone finish it is a Walmart version of a good thing. The service is also comparable.
