Summer hols 2024

Very lovely apartment with balcony and garden area. Hosts were very friendly and organised the Bodensee cards for us that gave free travel on bus and trains, and discounts to local attractions. Very handy having free bus/train travel as makes the surrounding areas easy to visit. The apartment was exactly as described, very clean and had all the things we needed. Sofa is quite hard to sit on, luckily we weren’t in much. The street itself is very quiet as it’s in a residential area and has parking for 1 car outside the house. It’s a short walk/stroll to the main eating/shopping area, and again a short walk to the local Strandbad (lake swimming). There is a slight hill to walk up but the bus also goes up to the end of the street if you aren’t as able bodied. There is a supermarket 5 min drive away (Edeka) with a plastic bottle recycling unit (to get your money back on your single use plastics) and a Lidl at the other side of Uberlingen. Local bakery within walking distance and lots of lovely eating places nearby. All in all a fab place to base ourselves and I’d recommend the apartment.

Tolle Zeit in Überlingen

Sehr schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Ort ist wunderbar und lädt zum radeln und verweilen ein. Die Gegend ist traumhaft und man kann jeden Tag wss neues erleben. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub.

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Für 5 Personen war sehr viel Platz. Betten waren sehr bequem, die zwei Bäder waren sehr schön. Nur das Sofa war etwas unbequem. Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Wohnung können wir weiterempfehlen.

Urlaub, Besichtigungen und Genuß der Küche

Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter, so konnten wir unsere Besichtigungsziele alle verwirklichen. Das Haus liegt ruhig, oberhalb vom Ort. Radfahrer benötigen unbedingt ein E-Bike.

Gute Lage, hochwertige Ausstattung und viel Platz

Wir sind mit ins. 6 Personen gereist (Eltern + 3 erwachsene Kinder + eine 10-Jährige). Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter (insgesamt 1 Woche Aufenthalt) und haben immer auf der Terrasse gegessen. Den großen Tisch im Wohnzimmer haben wir für Gesellschaftsspiele genutzt. Der beheizte und sehr gepflegte Pool war täglich im Gebrauch durch unsere Jüngste. Die Ausstattung der drei Schlafzimmer ist hochwertig und geräumig. Zwei Badezimmer waren für 6 Personen sinnvoll und ebenfalls gut konzipiert. Die Sofalandschaft ist zum längeren Sitzen unbequem, zum abendlichen Hinflezen und Liegen beim Fernsehabend war es für 4-5 Personen in Ordnung. Die Küche ist mit einigem Hightech gewöhnungsbedürftig (Schränke und Spülmaschine öffnen nach Berührung, Drücken oder Klopfen). Der Herd und die Ausstattung erlauben eigenes Kochen ohne zusätzliches Equipment. Eine Mikrowelle wäre noch eine sinnvolle Ergänzung. Die Lage ist passend, um zu Fuß in 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt, zum Fähranleger oder auch zum Strandbad West zu gehen. Die Busse für den steilen Anstieg zurück sind mit Kurkarte kostenlos nutzbar, im Moment gelten aber eingeschränkte Fahrpläne wegen einer Großbaustelle in der Altstadt! Die Fahrt vom Westbad zurück zur Wohnung (Uhlandstraße) dauert nur 5 Minuten. Der Vermieter wohnt mit im Haus und hat sich persönlich um Check-in gekümmert und war für Fragen immer erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Für ein zweites Auto gibt es kostenlose Stellplätze an der Straße.

bequeme, ruhige Wohnung

Das Wetter spielte mit und Überlingen und der Bodensee zeigten sich von der besten Seite. Die Küche könnte noch ein wenig besser ausgestattet sein. zum Beispiel Stabmixer, Schwingbesen. Das gemeinsame Kochen ist halt Teil unseres Ferienprojektes.

Sehr schöne, helle und große Unterkunft

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Seerelax3 sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sehr schöne Einrichtung, sehr sauber, perfekte Aufteilung der Räume für 3 Paare. Von der Wohnung kann man direkt durch den schönen Stadtpark zum See spazieren.

Schöne Wohnung, mäßige Einrichtung

Die Wohnung ist groß und gut geschnitten. Das Sofa ist völlig durchgesessen, gemütliches Sitzen daher Fehlanzeige. Bei der Ausstattung ist noch Luft nach oben bei den Preisen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung im schönen Überlingen

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Sehr nette Vermieter, die mir im Haus wohnen. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, modern, hell und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Fußweg runter zum Bodensee ist wunderschön - die Lage der Wohnung super. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben. Sehr nette Vermieter alles super und gepflegt. Überlingen an sich ist wirklich schön und ein Besuch wert. Von der Ferienwohnung selbst waren es ca. 10 Minuten bis zum Hafen. Kann man nur empfehlen
