Location location location

Enjoy your own private end unit one bedroom one bathroom condo on the beach. Watch the sun sink into the gulf from your balcony. You can’t get any closer than this. Perfect for a romantic couples getaway whether it be a honeymoon anniversary or just a trip to the beach for some rest and relaxation. We have the sleeper sectional in the living room which is great for a small kid or two if you have little ones that will be joining you. You are visiting Anna Maria for the beach so you might as well be on the beach and not several blocks away with a few busy streets to cross. Also one of the few rentals on the island that allows stays shorter than a week.

You are beachfront on Anna Maria Island one of the most beautiful powder soft sand beaches in the US. Unobstructed view of the gulf from your balcony or living room. Queen bed with Serta Perfect Sleeper medium plush mattress and memory foam mattress topper in the bedroom. It is a softer mattress. Brand new as of early 2024

Contactless entry as the front door has a code that we will give you the night before you arrive.

You will get your own designated parking spot for your stay. Once there the car isn’t even necessary unless you plan to go off Anna Maria Island. There is a convenient stop across the street for the free trolley that runs from 6 am to 10 pm all day with stops every 20 minutes.

Only a 5 minute walk south to historic bridge street with its fishing pier shops restaurants bars and putt putt course. Publix is 2 miles north to stock the fridge when you arrive.

We provide fresh linens and bath towels for each guest. Along with starter amounts of coffee pods for the Keurig, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, hand sanitizer, towels, and bar soap. Unit will be professionally cleaned before your stay. Coin laundry is on site if needed.

Free high speed Wi-Fi as well as cable tv on the pair of smart tvs. One in the living room of 50 inches and a 32 inch smart tv in the bedroom. The living room tv has a dvd player with a handful of dvds to choose from. Just use the Westinghouse remote to change the input on the tv to use the dvd player.

We also provide beach accessories like an umbrella, two beach chairs, and a bocce ball set. There are white loungers for the building as soon as you get on the beach. Feel free to move them to the spot in the sand you would like. Just return them back to where they go when you are done with them for the day. And if it’s a rare cool time of year in southwest Florida the hot tub on the ground level is a great change of pace.

Just what was needed

Such a great experience from the beginning. I had some questions that Dan & Crystal were more than happy to answer before booking. The condo was perfect! Perfect weekend at perfect location!

We stayed at a different unit last year at same location and knew we wanted to come back. Great unit for a couple with the perfect location walking right out to the beach overlooking the Gulf. The most amazing sunsets, walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Property manager responds quickly. Highly recommend and we’d definitely go back!

It doesn’t get better than this location. To be able to sit on the balcony or in your living room and see and hear the waves and the dolphins is unmatchable! And of course the island with the trolley and local businesses is just perfect. Dan and Crystal were very respond since and caring. Loved it!

Overall great beachfront place 9.5/10

Stayed 8 nights, 1 adult and one 15yo. Beach access and view are A+, short walk to over a dozen restaurants and another dozen gift shops. Building is very well kept. Hot tub really functions as a small sit-in pool under protection from rain/sun. 50’ walk across sand to the Gulf. Owners have excellent communication, even when I arrived at 11pm and foolishly messaged them for a code that they had already provided me in advance. Room was overall cozy, very quiet/insulated from noise and perfect for a couple or maybe with one child. Kitchen was stocked with plates, utensils and assorted pots/pans. Central A/C unit cooled extremely well. Decorations were very nice. Little things keep this place from being a perfect 10/10. The mattress really could use replacing from being a bit broken down. The 2” foam laid over the top made it too soft to sleep on, but that was easily rectified. Recliner was pretty worn and the blinds on the door were not functional. I can’t imagine the wear and tear a place like this gets so everything was understandable. It appeared that some of the other units had a little more recent updates. A day’s worth of effort would really make this place perfect, although I do believe the price was very fair for all of the excellent benefits this particular property offered. There are 2 pay washers and 2 pay dryers on the main level by the pool/hot tub for $1.75 per use so bring quarters. The washers didn’t reliably spin/drain. Overall 9.5/10

Trouble in paradise

The property location was superb. We enjoyed the crystal gulf water and stunning sunsets. The apartment was an adequate size and just as pictured. Imagine our dismay when we went to bed and both of us rolled to the middle of the obviously old mattress. I would have given this stay a much higher rating if we were able to sleep at night. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch and that wasn't better. Other obvious maintenance issues were mold around the tub. How difficult is it to clean that and recaulk? The eight holes by the toilet paper hole were a sign of neglect. If there is just one person sleeping in the bed I guess it would work. Otherwise, beware.

Adorable Beach Condo

This is a very cute one bedroom condo right on the water. It is well stocked with everything you need. Just bring your clothes and food. Located right next door to a beach front restaurant and within walking distance of other restaurants, bars and shopping. Beach chairs, hot tub, laundry facilities are all right there in the complex. This is an end unit so there are plenty of windows for natural light. It is a very comfortable place for a couple to stay.

The view is just fantastic and same with the location Just loved being on the beach The size of the place was as described The sauna /hot tub was there but no knob to put it on We had some issues The beach chairs were not very good As one was broken and the other rusty Since description said there were beach chairs we did not bring any We felt it was not cleaned properly since we pay a cleaning fee we found paper and dirt under the bed And other things not entirely clean Also the shower control was broken and took some time to figure out There were movies however the dvr was not connected and I couldn’t hook it up Afraid to change what we had with the tv

Best beachside stay

We loved staying here. It is private and quiet and yet close to everything you need. Condo is on the second floor so there are a few stairs to climb. But you’re on the end unit so you have more privacy. Cozy unit with all amenities. Best part is the view from window and only steps to the beach. Dan and Crystal are great to answer any question promptly.

We are originally from Ohio but moved to Florida about10 years ago. We have been married since 2017. We have one child together, our son in the picture. To us family is everything and we love being able to provide people with a vacation where they will create memories that will last a lifetime. We bought the beach condo in 2021 as it had been a dream of ours for several years to do. We self manage the condo and do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests.

Why they chose this property

Anna Maria Island is paradise. What makes our place great is the location. You are on the beach. Many places on the island are great but you still have to cross a busy street or walk a few blocks to get to the beach. With us you are there. Just unpack and relax.

What makes this property unique

Beachfront can’t be overstated. It is a surreal experience sitting on the balcony with your morning coffee watching the calm water as dolphins play right in front of you. Or in the evening a glass of wine as you watch the most gorgeous sunset you have ever seen as it slowly disappears into the gulf. If you are lucky you may even see the green flash.
