Beautiful location, the listing needs to be corrected
First off, the positive. The location is second to none! Beautiful view, right on the amazing Herceg Novi promenade. Great beach clubs and restaurants wherever you walk.
Unfortunately, there were some issues. The listing said in multiple places that there is parking available. The nearest parking or car access to the property is 500 meters away down sometimes narrow, and steep stairs. Plan on paying 10 Euros per day to park. Do not try to find the unit using Google Maps. It is directly above Yachting Club 32. You enter the 2nd floor by circling behind YC 32 and going to the top of the stairs. Plan your departure early, because you will need to drag your luggage back up the 500m to the parking structure.
Another “must have” for us was a washing machine, which the listing indicates is available in the unit. Our stay started on our 6th day of travel, and we packed light enough to plan on doing laundry in the unit upon arrival. Unfortunately, the washer was wrapped in linens and completely taped over. There is no nearby laundry available. We had to hand wash the clothes in the bathroom sink. We notified Management immediately, and were assured this would be corrected. It was not.
