This private 2 bed 2 bath home is located in The Hill - historic Italian neighborhood of St. Louis! Enjoy a quiet, safe, and convenient location minutes away from great restaurants and bars. You'll be a short drive to all area attractions including downtown/the Arch, Forest Park (Zoo & Museums), Botanical Gardens, the City Museum, Busch Stadium, and much more...

This is a spacious two bedroom home in The Hill with plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable and fun. There is a queen bed and a stow away twin cot in the first bedroom. The partially finished basement includes an additional bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom, living area , ping pong table, and washer/dryer. There's a smart TV in the living room upstairs and in the bedroom downstairs. You'll have access to the full kitchen supplied with cookware, spacious dining room, large front porch. Coffee is included and Keurig coffee maker is available. Great WiFi included and plenty of books and games for your entertainment!
Important: **The Hot Tub in the backyard is unavailable for use, you can continue to enjoy the back patio, grill, and fireplace**

Guests will have private access to the entire home and peaceful front porch.


The Hill is one of the most unique and well known neighborhoods in Saint Louis. It's known for its delicious Italian restaurants, central location, and beautiful tourist stops such as the Imos Piaza.
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed. (a fee of $200 will be billed to you for smoke odors in the home)

4. Respect to the noise curfew between 10pm - 7am.

Did the job. Our son didn’t want to sleep in the basement so he slept on the couch. Upstairs was good. Compfy bed and couch. Enough room for what we needed and decently clean. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

The property is in a great location. The bed was comfortable. Bummer, there is no dishwasher or proper frying pan in the kitchen. Otherwise, okay place for a quick weekend in St. Louis.

Cookie Baking Weekend

This is a great property! Very clean and tidy. My kids enjoyed the ping pong table downstairs. We loved the location, close to the gathering place for our annual family cookie baking/exchange. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice place on The Hill

Big time update over using a hotel! Was like living at home away from home for a soccer tournament @ Creve Couer weekend. Excellently placed super close to attractions (zoo, museums, Arch) food (breakfast, Italian, BBQ) breweries/Nightlife/Hogtown! Great place hope to staying again! with renovations coming too!

Great little quiet neighborhood. Small little problem at check in but the owner was on the phone and had it fixed within two minutes. Will be back.

Host was great! Neighborhood was great! This is NOT a 2 bedroom/2 bath as advertised. The basement is not finished and appropriate for rental. The plastic shower curtain downstairs was filthy as well as the back porch. If you are looking for a 1BD/1/BA this placr would be fine if the porch was decluttered and cleaned.

great on the main floor

Location for access to the Hill and Forest Park is great. Quiet street. Main floor nice. Needs kitchen towels. Basement shows age of house and bedroom and bathroom are okay but the basement is not inviting. Would rent again but not use the basement.

Charming house and perfect location!

We had a very nice stay at this property! Although the description was inadvertently inaccurate (Nothing major, but missing the sofa sleeper for one occupant), the owners were very responsive and quick to remedy the situation (even brought over a brand new air mattress that night!) and also gave us the option to cancel and change VRBO properties. Well I'm very glad we chose to stay! We loved being so close to The Hill, downtown, the museums and Forest Park area, West St Louis County. We got to see family, sightsee in town, and enjoy the Hill restaurants and parks. The house has everything you need for a comfortable and fun stay (teens loved the ping pong table!). Wifi was good, heat worked great, kitchen was stocked with most things you'd need (did have to figure out the microwave, since button labels were rubbed off, lol, but we did it!), and they gave us all the extra pillows and blankets we wanted. Thank you for everything Anastasia!
