🏠 This unit is part of a duplex. It shares walls and ceiling with another unit, but is very well insulated. ✨
🔊 Potential Noise: Our property has several independent units, so there may be some noise from neighbors in adjacent units. Please keep noise levels low between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
🌳 Shared Spaces: The patio and parking areas are shared with other guests.
🐾 Pet-Friendly: We welcome pets! Other guests in nearby units may also have pets.
🚗 Limited Parking: Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 compact cars per unit.
📅 Moderate Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival.
50% refund if cancelled between 14 and 30 days prior to arrival.
No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before arrival.
This means that if you cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If a guest cancels less than 14 days prior to arrival, no refund will be given.

🚗 Rush hour: Traffic is heavier from 7-9 a.m. and 4-6 p.m. on main roads like I-275 and US-19. Plan ahead during these times.
🏖️ Beach traffic: Can get busy on weekends and holidays, especially heading to St. Pete Beach and Fort De Soto. Leave early to avoid congestion.
🚌 Public transport: The PSTA bus system covers the area if you prefer not to drive.
🚧 Roadwork: Be aware of potential construction or detours.

🚫 No parties: Keep noise levels down after dark to respect everyone’s tranquility.
🚭 No smoking indoors: Smoking inside will result in an automatic complaint. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
⏰ Check-in and Check-out:
Check-out: 10 am
Check-in: 4 pm
Grace period: You can check in as early as 2 pm or check out by 12 pm. If you need to arrive earlier or leave later than the grace period, an additional night will be added to your reservation.
🔒 Lock the doors: Make sure all doors are secured when you leave. The windows do not open, so please do not force them.
🛋️ Do not move the furniture: If you need to move it, please return it to its original place before you leave.
🐾 Maximum of 2 pets: If you bring more than two, an extra fee will apply.
🧼 Rigorous cleaning process: We follow a strict disinfection protocol after every stay to ensure all areas are spotless and safe.
