Decorated beautifully by an interior designer in mid century style, freshly renovated and fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Sleep well in the high end mattresses, then wrap yourself in a fluffy towel after taking a hot shower. Three smart TVs are ready to play your favorite movie, and the kitchen has everything you need to make a gourmet meal, just bring the groceries! Close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment, and a quick 5 minute drive to Lake Lewisville. Laundry room equipped with full size washer and dryer. 2 car attached garage with no step entry.

Perfect size house with 3 full bathrooms 4 bedrooms. No wasted space. Quiet neighborhood. Full garage to park suburban in which is hard to find. Definitely will stay there again if available on next trip to see grandkids.

This is lovely home, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We felt very safe and was just what we were looking for after watching the Texas A&M Aggies win the last Southwest Classic.

Clean, well maintained and perfect for our family

This was a great home for our family. The place was cleaned well, designed and furnished almost perfectly for our needs and provided for some great memories made. Internet was solid, beds were very comfortable, the teenage kids fought :-) over who got to sleep in the giant bean bag in the room with the bunk-bed, kitchen was equipped very well, big back yard was roomy for when the weather got better, bathrooms were stocked well and clean. A couple of nits: The local gas company arrived the morning after our first night stay and said they were scheduled to take disconnect the gas for the day leaving us. In communications with Lancine we agreed that this would not happen and I sent the gas company away. The white glass cooktop needs special cleaner that we had to purchase to get it clean between uses, since the bottoms of the pans in the home create dark spots on the cooktop. Regardless we got it done. If we are ever in the area, we would not hesitate to go back to this lovely home. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking in this area.
