Near all major attractions including Old Town, Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarters, as well as the trails. We host so many groups such as Bachelorette parties and even partner with Girl About Town and Scottsdale Bachelorette.

Second en suite bathroom: Two queen beds and a full bathroom. Sliding doors to backyard.

Bedroom three: Full over full bunk with additional full trundle (sleeps six).

Bedroom four: Queen bed.

Hallway bath with laundry servicing bedrooms two, three, and pool/outdoors.

Garage: Bikes for guests to use.

Office: Sofa bed and collaboration space with games and white board.

Outdoor: Patio with full kitchen, multiple seating areas, heated pool, lounge chairs, bocci ball and putting green.

Great neighborhood with friendly neighbors, well maintained yards and close proximity to hiking and shopping. A large park with a playground and walking trail sits only one and a half block over.
