Welcome to our 3-story, 3BD/3BA condo in East Nash. We are known for being a modern condo with a spacious kitchen and a stylish, cozy living room. This is a perfect layout for entertaining and gathering with your friends and family! We are nestled in the heart of East Nashville, a few miles to Broadway, Honky-tonks, and downtown (even closer to the hottest East Nashville hangouts).

We want to give our guests full privacy. But we are available for your needs during your stay if you need anything.

EAST NASHVILLE:

Located across the Cumberland River from downtown Nashville is the stomping ground of Nashville’s creative class, attracted to the area’s culturally diverse & eclectic vibe and historic homes dating back to the early 1900's. In the early aughts, East Nashville helped put Nashville on the map as a culinary destination with beloved restaurants like Margot Cafe and Bar and Joyland, a reputation the neighborhood maintains today. Locals frequent the many dive bars, craft cocktail joints, coffee shops, & vintage stores sprinkled throughout the neighborhood.

You will have 100%, complete access to this home during your stay.
There is a two-car (standard size) private, attached garage that comes with the rental of the home.
Uber / Lyft are used widely and very popular with guests and are relatively affordable.
There are also Lyft and Bird scooters downtown!

While we usually cannot accommodate early check-ins and check-outs, we do allow guests to drop their bags after noon the day of check-in. 2nd floor: Our spacious entertainment space includes our well-equipped kitchen with bar seating, a full-size dining room, a stylish, comfortable living room with a sleeper sofa and Smart TV for entertainment, a built-in desk for working, and a full bathroom
3rd floor: King suite with full bathroom, private workspace, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower
3rd floor: One king bed and one twin bed with full bathroom with shower/bath combo
3rd floor: in-unit washer and dryer.

Uber and Lyft are super easy and affordable.

- You book instantly or request to stay, and we say yes!
- We will immediately send you some basic information about our home, parking, and check-in instructions
- Two days before your trip we'll send you our digital guidebook that has all the information regarding your stay
- At noon on the day of your arrival, we will message you your access code.
- You safely arrive and love everything!
- You enjoy your vacation, reference your guidebook for checkout instructions (don't worry. We'll send them to you, too!) and travel home safely.
