Luxurious home with stunning views of Park City and Deer Valley resorts. In the winter the home is a short 10 minute drive to Deer Valley, Park city resort, and Canyons Base. Nestled in Park Meadows estates, deer and elko are frequent visitors. The home has a hot tub and outside patio with gas fireplace.
the kitchen is designed for hosting and cooking with a large Wolf Gourmet Stove, and island.
A grand piano and large dining table allow for entertaining guests with a large living room with gas fireplace.
In the summer, It is located in the Park Meadows Nicklaus Golf courses neighborhood, 2 minutes from Clubhouse. The Nicklaus gold course has hosted 10 PGA Tour Champions® events, and has since become the premier member-owned golf club in Park City -- golfers of every skill level play where the champions have played. Recently named to the Top 10 Courses in Utah by Golf Digest magazine, Park Meadows has also named the "Best Private Course" in Utah by Salt Lake Magazine.
Local trails are within walking distance and the house is nestled on a corner lot with privacy.
One of the 3 garages has been converted to a gym with a treadmill, Bodi Bike and weights. 2 massages chairs and an office space is included.
