Nice place

This is the 2nd unit I've stayed in at the Greenhouse and they have both been great. Spacious and beautifully updated. This unit has a nice large bathroom. The onsite parking is a huge plus. Great location. Only downside was the porch lights that are on all night shine into the room by the bed in this particular unit so it doesn't get fully dark.

Such a great home

Perfect place for us. Room and bath were really spacious and updated beautifully. The parking in home driveway is a HUGE plus in the city. Nice front yard which is framed in beautiful hedge for privacy form sidewalk for the dogs. Nice clean white linens and bedding...it was all really nice. We couldn't help but try to envision what Dallas was when this home was built and the history in this home. Beautiful stay for us in Dallas for my office Christmas party! Thanks Green House, we'll be back!

Cute Clean and Convenient

Really cute and spacious room. The huge bathroom had a gorgeous shower. A bit of street noise and heavy footed neighours upstairs but nothing intolerable. The apartment was really clean and seemed like a new reno. Parking was good and nice to have easy access to the trolley. Nespresso machine was great, tiny fridge stocked with Corona and White Claw with room for our wine and snacks. We are keeping it on our list for return trips to Dallas!
