Great little Maine camp

Everything was great overall! A few things that should be mentioned specifically in the listing... Zero cell service (Verizon) in the area. AT&T was spotty. Don't plan on using your Google maps at all until close to Bridgton. Other is my son is 6'.5" and had trouble getting through to the bathroom under a ladder. Even my 6' husband bonked his head more than once, but son literally had to duck and turn sideways all of the time. Its not safe. The furniture should be rearranged to accommodate a proper walk way into the bathroom if going to continue to rent. Also, there were cigarette butts all over the ground outside. That was gross. Its kept up for the family that lives there, but not really for outside renters. I would have preferred a bit more clean. The furniture and mattresses should be updated, either saggy or springy. And it should be mentioned that the shower is tiny and floor close to caving in (rotten). The price was a bit steep considering all this. The hostess was great in giving lots of info for the area. If you have a decent size boat, please note will not be able to get through Mountain Rd bridge. We were not able to get to the beaches and also fishing ended up being very limited. We made the very best of it and did have alot of fun! Would recommend if price was a little less or some of those things updated. Great location!!!!
