Quiet and peaceful retreat

Not modern but all was very clean and everything you need for a quiet break with river access a short walk away.

Pleasant experience

Over all very nice. I wouldn't hesitate staying again.Access to water was different than we expected from description but we made it work. We went and got new pot and pan and some utensils. Everything else was great, clean and comfortable.Rio Vista Park was quite essential to the stay but I'd advise extreme caution at boat ramp. It was dangerously slippery and needs to be addressed by association.

Very nice stay

Communication before arrival with property manager was excellent. House was as described. Everything was clean and access to neighborhood park and river was simple. We had a very nice stay and was able to get out on the river a few days.

Great Friends Getaway

Open kitchen and family room create a great space for gathering. We enjoyed the river and tea house for a great weekend.

Very clean, loved the neighborhood

This is a great family vacation home, very clean, nice neighborhood. Loved thekayak launch area on the rainbow river and its also super close to the rainbow springs state park. Definitely recommend! Thanks so much!

Rainbow River

The house was great, could use some lawn maintenance, trimming up the bushes. Also it is not a min walk to the park for river access. And an 18 minute drive to Rainbow state park for river tubing entry.

Quiet retreat

The house was wonderful. Very well equipped. The river access is just over four blocks away. SUV or pickup should be recommended.

Rainbow River House

Our family of four stayed comfortably in this house near the Rainbow River. The beds are decent, and the house was very clean. The neighborhood is very safe and nice. We did not use the kayaks, but the tubes and chairs were very useful for us. The access to the park nearby was a wonderful part of staying at this house. We drove just a few blocks to the private access park and enjoyed the beautiful river. The park by the river has nice trees for shade, picnic tables, ample parking, restrooms and trash cans. We also rented Kayaks nearby and spent the day going down the river. There is a Winn-Dixie grocery store very close and also a Walmart for all the shopping needs. One thing we did need was a small cooler to use at the river, but the house did not provide one. Also, only three river towels were provided, but we had four people. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable, and we recommend staying at this nice house.

Beautiful Neighborhood & Clean, Spacious House

We had a great time at the Rainbow River. We got rained out one day, but the house had toys and board games already there that we all played with. It is beautifully decorated and there is tons of space in the dining/family room/kitchen area. It is in a quiet, gorgeous street with lots of trees and across the street from million $ properties right on the river.

Magical Get-away

Truly lovely experience. House and property are as described. Pet friendly and clean. Bathrooms were clean and kitchen was too. We enjoyed the kayaks and River access. It made our stay so relaxing and enliving:) highly recommend.
