Other things to note
This house is half of an historic duplex. It is possible for sound to travel between the two sides.
Just a note for clarity, “pet friendly” does not mean that there’s no pet fee, there is. A notation of the maximum capacity or “sleeps five” does not mean that there aren’t additional guest fees as offering a property for 1-2 guests vs more has different cost/market factors to consider. Please expect if your guest count is incorrect or does not include that you are traveling with a pet that your quote is not complete/accurate.
Park Notes!
The park in “Parkview” is the O’bannon soccer complex(rec league children’s mostly) . It has wide open fields, a playground, a shade shelter, and restrooms. As well as a brand new sprayground, see pictures. Dogs are not allowed on the soccer fields, but it is a great hack if you have a well behaved dog to allow them to get a run in on the soccer fields as it seems to be common practice among dog owners in the area. If you partake in this hack please corral and tether your dog when other dogs or other hazards exist, and make sure you are picking up their poop and not leaving it for children to discovered during the soccer activities
