Modern, spacious suite allows for creative space and relaxation in the heart of Vancouver. Features a large patio with easy access to fresh air and views overlooking the local ducks in our courtyard pond. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, small closet with hangars, and full en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom has a queen sized bed with storage drawers underneath, and a large closet; the third bedroom has a double bed and office desk with drawers for storage. The living room couch is brand new and has a pull out double bed with new memory foam mattress.

Close to many great shops, restaurants, a neighbourhood park, the Seawall, and a Skytrain to the airport. Common areas include a pool, hot tub, sauna and gym. Parking is included!

Other details to note:

This unit can accommodate up to 8 people. However, 6 adults is the maximum.

Depending on the season, we may not approve booking requests that leave a one night vacancy before or after the request. We also may not approve two night bookings that are requested more than two weeks in advance especially in the high season, we require 3-night bookings on weekends. Minimum 4-night bookings are required during the Christmas/New Years holiday unless approved otherwise.

If you require a pack and play we have one that must be reserved in advance. It is based on availability.

Pets are not allowed unless authorized by the owner prior to check in. Service animals are only permitted when assisting someone with a disability.
