Start each day, coffee in hand, while you sit on the top-level deck and watch the sunrise over the horizon and breathe in that ocean air. Enjoy the wide open space in the great room, kitchen, and dining area. The living area offers comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV, and the upscale kitchen has everything the chef in the group will need to prepare some delicious meals and with island seating for 4, and dining seating for 12 everyone can dine together and talk about the day's adventures. Indoor entertainment can be found on the lower level in the rec room with a pool table and a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator and microwave, making having snacks on hand convenient. The media room with a flat-screen TV and comfy seating will be the perfect spot for your group to spend time together watching a movie or TV show. With 4 en suites and one kid-friendly room, everyone will be sure to find the right place to rest for the evening. The elevator that has access to all levels will make it easy to bring in groceries and luggage. After a fun day at the beach or exploring the Outer Banks rest poolside or relax in the hot tub while gazing at the star-filled sky.
Sunnyside Beach House is close to local restaurants, shops, grocery stores, Nags Head Fishing Pier, Jockey's Ridge State Park and so many more adventures.
No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. The hot tub is Seasonal - Seasonal Hot Tubs are not available from January through Mid-March. Pools are open (2023 - April 1 - Mid-October).

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations.
All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement and acceptance or decline of optional travel insurance.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
