The property is located minutes away from downtown Des Moines, Lauridson Skate Park, Blank Park Zoo, Adventureland Resort, and Prairie Meadows Racetrack and Casino.

In the game shed, located in the fully fenced and private backyard, you will find both indoor and outdoor games to play during your stay.
