From the moment you enter, you will find yourself in the inviting living space, outfitted with a roomy sectional sofa, a coffee table/ottoman, a side table, a lamp, and a large dresser with a flat-screen TV. With its plush furnishings and elegant decor, you will find it easy to settle in and relax after a day of exploring.
Open to the living area is the stylish kitchen space, complete with stainless steel appliances, butcher block countertops, and modern open shelving. Here you will find everything you need to whip up a favorite meal, from a microwave to a crockpot and a coffee maker. This fabulous space also includes a bar/dining area for two that bridges the kitchen and living room.
When you’re ready to tuck in for the evening, you will find a restful retreat that awaits just off of the living room in the bedroom of this home. With a queen-size bed, lamps, roomy dresser, and large windows with tree views, the bedroom also boasts a full, en suite bathroom complete with a stacked washer/dryer, single-sink vanity, and a shower/tub combo.

If you want to enjoy some time in picturesque Breckenridge, its famed ski resort and historic Main Street, it's just a short, 15-minute drive away.
Getting Around:
This home is located in quaint Blue River, a gorgeous riverside town located along Highway 9 between Breckenridge and Fairplay. Just 15 minutes drive from Breckenridge, you can also take advantage of the Summit Stage Free Bus. This FREE public transit has various routes spanning Blue River, Breckenridge, and beyond to other mountain towns, including Silverthorne, Frisco, and Dillon. The McCullough Gulch bus stop on the Blue River Commuter route is just steps from your door. Uber/Lyft is also always available.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
