Enjoy the sunshine in this beautiful private 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with full amenities. BBQ and swim in the warm pool. Enjoy the beautiful sunset in the west facing backyard. Catch your favorite film or series hanging out in the jacuzzi. All while being a 20 min from the beach, 20 minutes from Hard Rock casino, and 15 minutes from the famous Sawgrass Mall. Stay in a quiet neighborhood in your own place so you can have a nice getaway after your fun at Fort Lauderdale beach.
All three bedrooms, two full bathrooms with shower, kitchen, living room, dining room, garage, patio, and pool are all yours for your booking.

The master bedroom has a cozy king size bed, walk in closet for all your luggage, and private bathroom to keep your privacy.

On the other side of the house you will find a 2 bedroom sweet with bathroom. One bedroom comes with a comfy queen size bed fit and the other bedroom comes with full size trundle with a pull out twin. Also, a bathroom with standing shower and floor to ceiling tile.

In the living room and dining room area you will find plenty of seating for everyone and a large 65" 4k tv to watch your favorite entertainment.

Cook or prep whatever you would like to eat while you are there with every necessity provided.

Park your car in the garage so it doesn't take a beating from the Florida sun.

A large pool capable of handling all the guests on the reservation.

6 great weeks

My wife and 2 small dogs spent 6 weeks in this home and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is well appointed, good sized and boasts a hot tub and pool. The morning expresso coffee maker was a nice touch also. The owner is very responsive to any questions we had and accommodative of arrival and leave times. The house is conveniently located near Two dog parks, nice restaurants, interstates and grocery stores ( definitely try Little Mikes pizza!). Highly recommended!

Amazing Vacation Rental!

So the pictures do not do this home justice. It is absolutely better than pictured. We rented to celebrate our mother's 85th birthday with the family. The house was clean and extremely comfortable. We had difficulties starting the charcoal grill and then the neighbor came over and helped out! He was so nice! The pool and the hot tub was so much fun and everything was absolutely wonderful. We also needed to contact the home owner during the checking in process and she was very responsive and helpful. We will be back for sure! Thank you for wonderful memories made. One thing... our 85 year old mother did not feel safe in the shower as there is no grab bar and the floor was very slippery when wet. We were able to bring in a lawn chair for her to use while in the shower so it was no big deal but just something to think about with elderly guests.

Absolutely amazing

This place was absolutely amazing. It was nice to be on the canal saw plenty of wildlife. The pool was the perfect temperature. The hot tub was perfect. Saw lots of otters iguanas birds of all kinds. This house was exactly as it was listed very clean and would definitely come back again.

Came to Florida for Sun & Warmth during Maryland Winter!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in late February/early March. Property was as listed and pictured on the VRBO site - extremely clean and well supplied. Everything you needed on vacation was there except food if you felt like cooking (we did BBQ and cook there - lots of kitchen plates/bowls/utensils, etc.). Quick drive to grocery stores and close to lots of restaurants as well. Marina was extremely responsive and any questions were answered almost immediately. She also fixed a few issues that arose ASAP, which was much appreciated. Definitely one of the nicest VRBO homes we have stayed in and we hope to be back soon!

Beautiful clean house, responsive host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house in the Tamarac neighborhood of FLL. We were visiting my FIL who lives in the area, and the house fit the bill for all the “stuff” we were looking for: right number of rooms, a pool where we could chill out, close to our FIL and to the beach. What we didn’t expect and got, however, were the elements that made this spot just perfect. The host’s responsiveness from our confirmation throughout the stay whenever I had a question; the cleanliness and well-maintained house, enough toiletries for our family, and a shipment of coffee pods that arrived during our stay to replenish the supply - and even extra blankets so that I could stay comfortable without getting sheets pulled off me again in the middle of the night - we really felt like we were staying at a good friend’s house, not just a STR. And the pool size was just right for our two teens and us adults to chillax. Next time we are down, we will definitely stay here again!

Perfect and peaceful

Stayed for a hockey tournament at the Florida Panther's Ice Den. Perfect drive to everything. Lot's of houses in the neighborhood but everyone was so nice. The pool is amazing and so is the backyard area. We were not left with any want in this property. Plenty of linens, pool towels, and space. Four adults and one kid - it was perfect. Great communication and helpful in every way. We will definitely be back.

Great location w/ everything you need to feel at home!

We had a great time at this property. The pool was beautiful and clean. The house is clean with amenities included like paper towels, toilet paper, salt, pepper, towels, blankets, dish soap, laundry soap, blow dryer, etc. I’ve stay at many VRBOs and have always had to go to the store because the house doesn’t supply simple things like that. Not this house. Great communication with the host. If I couldn’t find something or had any questions at all, she was there to answer almost instantly. We had a 6 year old, 13 year old, 15 year old and 3 adults and we all had a blast. In the backyard is a shared fence with a sweet German shepherd named Toby. He was so sweet and absolutely loves kids! I would absolutely recommend this house and will stay again if we come back to the area.
