Late 1800's colonial-style home with modern updates. Sweeping views of Seneca lake. Our home sits on 3 acres. Sit on the deck and enjoy a beverage while watching magnificent sunsets over the lake. Food and wine are within walking distance and much more all within minutes drive time. Downtown Watkins Glen is just a 10 min drive offering great food, shopping, and the gorge, which is a must-do! Seneca Lake activities are also available in Watkins Glen. You will feel at home in our Finger Lakes Farmhouse with everything you need and plenty to experience just minutes away.

Perfect location for a wine tour experience

The house was very roomy, comfortable (esp. the beds), clean, and had amazing views from the back porch overlooking Lake Seneca! A perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee with friends. The best part of this house is how close it is to many wineries and breweries along Rt 414. We hired a private driver who picked us up and we at our first winery in 5 min and then every subsequent stop was a few minutes away. We had a great experience!!

Great Weekend Getaway

We totally enjoyed this property. It was just as the proprietor pictured and described. It was a short drive away from the town of Watkins Glen and many wineries, breweries, restaurants, and even a distillery. The views were awesome. We would definitely stay again!!

This home is a special place to me. It was my grandparent's home purchased in the 1950's. I grew up in California but spent many summer weeks with them here in this home. The country charm, their home and Watkins Glen will always have my heart. We purchased it from their estate and my husband and I love spending time here. With the addition of the wine trail, there is so much to see and experience within minutes from this home. We hope you enjoy our labor of love and slow restoration of our Finger Lakes Farmhouse.

What makes this property unique

This colonial-style home was once a grape packing house in the 1800's. My grandfather added to it, including the addition of the solarium which was the heart of the home.
