Spend your days relaxing under the rooftop arbor, gaming, exploring the nearby shops and restaurants, or simply enjoying the stunning ocean views.

You'll have the whole townhome including the parking area, garage, private elevator, roof deck, and the 3 floors of comfortable living spaces.

Great Location, beautiful home

Our stay at this property was fantastic the home is gorgeous and wonderfully stocked. Comfortable beds lovely layout so many areas to sit and relax indoors and out. Kitchen is great. Elevator was amazing since we had kids. Rooftop was so nice with beautiful view all the way to the Carolina Beach pier. The walk to the beach was short and your access is close to the Tiki Bar. You can see the fireworks from the rooftop or the beach access. We will rent this home again for sure.

Beautiful Home close to the Beach

We had an amazing time staying at this beach house. Very clean and well laid out. Plenty of room for two families to have space. Beautiful views from the rooftop and fun garage with lots of games.

Excellent in every way!

This is an amazing property & location! Only a short 2 minute walk to the beach. The home is so clean and the owners have excellent taste in decor and durability of furniture. We had 6 kids under 8 and there were no safety concerns! The home was very comfortable for all. There were entrainment options galore for the kids & adults too. The owners were so responsive to issues, even though they were minor. We're already checking calendars to see when we can come back!

Up on the Roof is far greater than we ever imagined and we're excited to share it with families and friends so they may have fun making unique memories by the sea together.

This home is lovely and calm! Your vacation time is spent in the easy elegance of safe and enjoyable Carolina Beach, only steps from the sea, with room for 10 people and numerous decks and outside spaces, including the roof-top deck. At the garage level, enjoy a game of ping-pong while grilling and hanging out! Watch the fireworks each Thursday at 9 p.m. during the season from the rooftop terrace! Relax on the beautiful outdoor furniture, pedal around our extremely safe community on one of our bikes, or stroll along the beach at any time of day or night. Up on the Roof has amazing sunrises and sunsets for you!

So close to the beach with everything you need - just bring your swimsuits! We have beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler, beach wagon, and kids beach toys - all free for your use! Enjoy the fun of ping-pong on our brand-new table! We've added Pop-a-Shot Basketball, iRacing rig, and putt-put golf. Enjoy Grilling out, or go to one of the great restaurants so close by you can walk to them. Are you a great cook? Enjoy our large and beautiful kitchen with everything you need!
