This truly was the perfect place to stay for a five day vacation! The host Michael was super super helpful and accommodating and very quick to reply to questions we had. The place was spotless and the location could not have been any better. We will definitely be back!!

Location was perfect and it was the CLEANEST place I have ever stayed! It was spotless!!! The trolley made going to the beach a breeze. Already looking to book again!

Great beach vacay
Great host. Great condo, very clean and accommodating. Only slight disappointment was that although the complex has its own boardwalk directly to the beach, the beach is private on both sides. You still have to walk down to the public beaches. But overall a wonderful stay!

Great condo!!!
It was great! We had trouble with the hot water heater but the owner was quick to help us fix it. The dryer did go out the day before we left and we contacted the owner and never heard back. That was a bit frustrating!

The location is perfect to explore all of 30A. The place was clean, well taken care of. Wonderful overall. The only issue I ran into was personal - I have a bad knee and there is no elevator to the third floor. This didn’t stop me from having a great time - wish we’d stayed longer.

The condo was very nice but I had issues with the bathroom floors. They felt like there was a residue on it or something. Also, it was as if someone was controlling the thermostat by turning it up. Location of condo is perfect for the beach! The beach is just beautiful.

I rented this property because it said “beachfront” “oceanfront” in the description. It was a short walk to the beach but it was definitely not beach front. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Spring Break
This was the perfect size for my sister and I to take three teens on spring break. The location was right by their favorite coffee spot and all the restaurants we wanted to go to. You can avoid all the Seaside craziness here.
