Relax in our modern u. renovated apartment. To enjoy the Sylt sun, go to the large furnished south-east balcony (3. Floor). You will find peace and relaxation in our comfortable sofa, garnished with a strong Friesentee or an exciting book. This atmosphere is accompanied by a nice DVD or CD; a small selection we provide. In the bedroom, you then fall on the high-quality mattresses in a deep and healthy sleep. When the window is tilted, you hear the Sylt wind and often the typical sound of the sea. The newly renovated bathroom has a rain shower.

We are a small personally managed apartment rental, which for many years, individually cared for a large circle of satisfied, returning regular customers with a modern housing offer.   With us you will find peace and relaxation in a prime location in the immediate vicinity of the beach and the spa center!   We offer in the very well maintained house Steinmannstrasse 8 three modern comfort apartments to modern standards.   Large furnished balconies invite you to enjoy the Sylt sun.   A restful and healthy night's sleep will guarantee you new beds at a high level of comfort.   The central main beach crossings Strandstrasse and Friedrichstrasse can be reached within a few minutes on foot, as well as the spa facilities, restaurants and the shopping miles of Westerland.   Your vehicle parks with us from 10 days of stay free (otherwise € 4.50 per day). The Wi-Fi is free.  

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
