The luxury best beach front private house in the gated community with 24/7 security guard. The house is located at the famous Kona Bay Estates (gated community) right at Keiki Beach. It is one of a few sandy beachfront properties in Kona. Keiki Beach. House has a fully equipped kitchen, a kitchenette, 3 master bedrooms, a guest bedroom, 3 full bathroom, and a half bathroom, and two laundries.

The house has everything you needed for your vacation. 10 minutes to the airport. You can walk to downtown Kona where you can find the farmers market, shops, pier, night market, bars, restaurants.

Keiki Beach House
The location of this house is ideal for families with young children who will love Keiki Beach. The house is well equipped and comfortable. I would not rent this house again because the financial terms are way off market. The no cancellation provision is really unacceptable. We rented another house in the same neighborhood which we could cancel with no penalty until one month before arrival. This owner also charges for early arrival or late departure. At the rate this owner is charging, those options should be offered free of additional charge as was the case with our other house. We were also offended by an envelope asking for an addtional tip for the house cleaners. They did nothing at all while we were at the house and we had already paid a large fee for house cleaning upon departure. This owner needs to be more accommodating and welcoming to guests. Instead this owner seems hostile to paying guests

Keiki Beach House
This was the perfect house in the perfect location for us. It is less than 15 minutes from the airport. The grocery store is also very close. It is right on Keiki Beach which has its pluses and minuses. The beach is a favorite spot for families, so it gets a bit busy after about 10 am. Emmy is pretty prompt answering emails. We didn’t need to have any contact with her during our stay. Everything worked great! The one thing that you should be aware of is that it is a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 baths as advertised. The 3 full baths are in 3 of the bedrooms. The 4th bedroom is next to the 1/2 bath. If someone stays in that particular bedroom, they will have to go thru someone else’s bedroom to shower.
