This is the BASEMENT of a single home that has been converted into 2 living spaces. The upstairs unit is also being rented. There are NO connecting doors. However the laundry area in the garage and the backyard is shared with the other unit, and you might hear people moving around upstairs or see them in the driveway.

Events are subject for approval, so you need to inform us in advance about your plans. For approved regular events, we charge $150 and those with large productions start at 300.

There's $100 pet fee per pet up to 25 lbs, additional charges will apply if more than 25 lbs. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
