Our Cozy home has 2,200 sqft of living space with indoor and outdoor entertainment for your entire group.

This Beautiful recently renovated 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home with access to Ossipee Lake was built in 1999. This home features large back deck for family cookouts or entertaining. Outside campfire area & mature landscaping with a variety of flowers always blooming during the warmer months. The public boat launch to Ossipee Lake is just a few blocks away.

On the first floor you will find a beautiful open concept family room, full equipped kitchen, dining, game area, bathroom laundry room combo. Up in the second floor you will find 2 bedroom, full bathroom and a beautiful master suite and a work space.

Ossipee, NH and surrounded areas have a lot of fun places for all ages in all 4 seasons. Please take the time to look into the guide books that we put together for you with recommendations of things to do, attractions, restaurants, bar & winery and fun places for kids.

Guests have the exclusive use of the entire property.
