This newly remodeled ground floor condo is located in the heart of Downtown Fayetteville's Entertainment District. Located just around the corner from renowned upscale food + drink spots like Atlas, Bordinos, & Theo's. Also within walking distance you will find - the University of Arkansas, the Farmers Market, Theater Squared, Walton Arts Center, a beautiful trail system, craft beer pubs, food trucks, shopping, live music, and more!
This home was remodeled in July of 2022. The layout of this home is very open and allows ample room with lots of natural light. Home offers a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and small laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Comfortably sleeps 4 people. There are 2 beds; 1 King, and one sofa bed that pulls out to a full Queen. The kitchen is supplied with all needed pot, pans, and essential spices for cooking a delicious meal. Appliances include a full size oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee pot, fridge, and toaster.

Nice place!

Very clean and cute! We loved the live plants and record player. Fun touches! It had everything we needed during our stay. Ironing board, washer and dryer, dishwasher and more. It is located centrally with easy access to everything in town. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location, very nice

Communication with the property manager was quick and easy from the moment I booked. Incredibly well located just a few steps from Dickson Street. Pictures don’t do the interior justice. Large living space, great bedroom with a king bed. This property has a unique and fun interior vibe. If needed I would 100% look to book this property again.

Immaculate and charming!

Very convenient, well appointed condo in the heart of Fayetteville. Walk to restaurants and coffee shops or bars. Great place to stay near the U of A just a block from Dickson St.

Excellent location; Prop Manager extremely responsive

easy walk to Dixon and campus. Arrived post 'ice storm' and there were some tree issues with parking space. Elizabeth jumped right on it and got it rectified. Will be back.
