Needs A Good Cleaning and Some Attention to Detail

Wouldn't book this property again. Blankets on the couch dirty-washed them for you. Fake fingernail in my daughter's bed upstairs and fruit loops still on the floor. No grass in front yard. Trash cans outside hadn't been emptied in some time. Broken blinds and dirty blinds. Had high hopes, but this just didn't do it for us.

Easy and comfortable!

We were looking for a local, convenient, comfortable and reasonable place to stay while we did a college visit at High Point. This met the mark on all four points. Communication from the owner was friendly, timely and responsive. I would stay here again, especially if our daughter ends up going to High Point.

Great house!

Our family enjoyed this house very much while in High Point for an event at the High Point Theater. It was well located for us and the house itself is very cute and clean. The hosts were great in working with us on a last minute modification and made our stay wonderful!

Great house and location

We came to watch our son play basketball for HPU. Couldn’t have asked for a better location to go back and forth (even walked a few times). Close to many amenities for groceries etc. We were able to do a load of laundry and the keyless entry made it easy for everyone to come and go. Totally coming back next year!

HPU Graduation Celebration

This home perfectly suited our family of 6 for my daughter’s graduation. It had everything we could possibly need and was very close to campus. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

Family trip to HPU

90-year old parents and our family attended my son’s White Coat Ceremony at HPU Dental School. The farmhouse is so incredibly charming, cozy and comfortable for all! Modern updates and attention to detail make it perfect. Proximity to campus and shops and stores on Main Street make it so convenient too. Owner is super nice and so accomodating.

Charming and comfortable!

My family stayed at The Farmhouse Retreat for freshman orientation weekend at HPU. The house was perfectly clean, the beds were comfortable, and the decor was beautiful. The house is updated but the original charm is still intact. The location is very convenient especially if you are in town visiting HPU. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked. Check in was seamless and the host’s communication was excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved our time in High Point at this adorable, beautifully decorated home. The driveway is a little tricky to back out of only because of the traffic on the road but just take your time and you’ll be fine. We will definitely stay here again!

High Point was the half point for some old friends to meet up for the night. We had dinner out and then enjoyed a relaxing night catching up at the farmhouse. Host was super helpful and responsive with information about the area. Would recommend!

Beautiful farm-style home

We had Christmas with our family at this beautiful farm-style home nestled in a quiet neighborhood of High Point, NC. Close to shopping, medical facilities and eateries. The property was very comfortable and a fun place to spend time during the holidays or for just a quick stay.

Charming Farmhouse

Four friends stayed here at the Farmhouse for a wedding weekend. The home was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bedding was soft and cozy. The decorating was charming. I also loved how comfortable the dining room chairs were and I loved the dishes in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive to any questions and check in and out were very easy. Bathrooms were clean and loved all the mirrors, which made getting ready for the wedding easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Short Trip - Would Definitely Book Again

Just stayed for one night on a business trip / family visit to Asheboro Zoo. Very nice home and clean. Wife and kids enjoyed their stay.
