This two-bedroom garden view villa is a perfectly located vacation home where you can enjoy being minutes from the beach whilst enjoying total comfort.
The villa has been updated in a modern and clean style and is perfect for couples or families looking for a home with everything they need for a great beach vacation.
The ground floor enjoys open living with a kitchen and spacious, light filled living and dining area with AC and wifi throughout the property. This open living area leads out onto a large covered terrace and small garden. It is the perfect place to listen to the birds and watch for lizards darting about in the morning with a coffee, or having sundowners listening to the tropical evening sounds. The bedrooms are havens of cool and comfort with bags of storage space. The Master bedroom enjoys a private balcony overlooking the gardens. Both bedrooms feature a queen bed and share a single bathroom (w/shower) upstairs and there is also a half bathroom (toilet and sink only) downstairs.
