PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

CAMERA: This property has one exterior camera for general guest safety. It is on the front of the property on the exterior only to help monitor the front entrance, porch, and parking areas. (There are no backyard cameras, and there are no interior cameras.)

Nice clean home with plenty of space. Nice quite neighborhood close to the airport and downtown. I would stay again. The host was very nice and helpful. You won't go wrong staying here.

10 day visit to Tucson

We had a great 10 day stay here with family. Great place and accomodating host even sent us towels on New Years. Only critique was a few minor internet problems when streaming.

Great location for family stay in Tucson.

Very nice, clean spacious house and affordable for our family to be all together. Very close to airport and great location in Tucson to most things we did. Neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Only complaint is not enough hangers in the closets for our clothes. We will definitely stay again when back to Tucson! great location for our site seeing.

Nice hot showers, very clean and neat. Not real fancy but very well maintained. Nice fenced yard for our little dog. Easy access if the 10 . Very nice host and responded to all our questions right away. Only wish they had cable not just firestick.

centrally located with 4 berdrooms

Overall this was a good stay for our family of 8 plus our dog. We spent a week exploring Tuscon and this was a good home camp. We had some minor issues with the house but the host was great and fixed them right away. The interior amenities are basic. Not all rooms have closets or tv's. The neighborhood isn't the worst but isn't the greatest either.

Wonderful Place In Tucson

This home was a beautiful and comfortable. Just as advertised. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The home is furnished with everything you would need. It was a great place to relax and wind down during the evening. The hosts were fantastic. Always communicating keeping us informed, for example letting us know when a service company would drop by. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. All of the instructions given were very understandable and easy to follow. We would highly recommend staying here if you are in Tucson. We will if we get a chance to visit again.

The layout of the house was great for our needs traveling with our family of 5. Enough space for everyone to spend together in the living room & dining room. Our kids also had their own bedrooms which they appreciated. Communication was great! We left something at the house & were contacted very quickly to coordinate getting the item back.
