Beds were comfortable and basically we were using this as a place to crash before our flight the next day. The house was older and looked that way. There was no television at all, which I likely missed on the order. The place is pet friendly, we didn't have pets but the main area had a wet dog smell. It worked for what we wanted which was a bed, but was the poorest of the 4 places we stayed at during our trip
