The beautiful vacation house is located on the east coast of Istria in Krnicki Porat, directly by the sea. Only 100 meters away you can reach the beautiful beaches. Therefore, this house is an ideal choice for those who want to spend a vacation by the sea, but also in a quiet environment. In the mornings and evenings you can walk along the coast, and the hot afternoons you can spend on the beaches. You are also welcome to relax in the outdoor area, for example on your own terrace with deck chairs and a barbecue. There are also darts and free internet access at your disposal. The interior is spread over two floors. On the first floor there is a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the second floor you will find three air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower. We would like to point out that the restaurant "PortoRiko" is located nearby. Furthermore, from spring 2020 there will be a jacuzzi and you will have two mountain bikes at your disposal. It is known for its fish specialties and the hosts offer their guests a discount in the restaurant. So book your own cottage near the beach!
