About this property

Historical Tiny Home with Patio

Summary:
Indulge in the tranquility of this secluded home. The 300 House features an open-plan layout, an all-white interior, wood accents, a sliding barn door, a kitchenette, and a private patio.

The Space:
While the space has been completely updated, we wanted to keep a few touches of the old structure with the murphy bed, kitchen shelving and sliding barn door all made out of the original ship lap from the house. The house is outfitted with Wifi and a flat screen TV that has access to Netflix as well as local channels. A few more noteworthy amenities include quartz counter-tops in kitchen with bar overhang, custom built cabinets, remote controlled central A/C mini split unit, security system, and hard wood floors. Come experience tiny house luxury!

Guest Access:
There is an outdoor, private patio on the side of the house that guests are welcome to use.

The Neighborhood:
The property is just 2 miles from the Plaza District, a newly revitalized part of town with galleries, studios, retail shops, restaurants, performance venues, and creative services. It is also a short drive from midtown, 23rd District, and downtown.

Getting Around:
We are 6 blocks from 2 different bus stops and 1 mile from HWY 44, a major HWY in OKC, a few miles from Midtown, Downtown, Bricktown, 23rd District, Plaza District, Western District, and just 9 miles from Will Rogers Airport!

Oklahoma Tiny House
We had a good experience in the house. It's small, but has most amenities that one or two people would need. Not a bad drive to many cool places in OKCity. We had a small hiccup after we arrived, but it was easily and quickly rectified by the manager. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house, but when we were there all was good. It's a bit scary to park on the street, but we didn't have any problems.

A great place to stay, very easy communication with the owner. It was in a really nice neighborhood and was overall super cool, perfect size for being an overnight stay and for two people. 100% recommend
