Bailey rental
The door lock code did not work, but we made contact with the owner and were able to get in without much delay. We didn't see the policy that pets were not to be on the furniture until we got there and read the binder. So we had to be vigilant and do some retraining to honor that rule. Beyond that it was a good place to stay and get to the activities we had planned.

Great Mountain Retreat
What a beautiful house close to the best of Bailey which is nature and hiking and fishing. The decor is modern and comfortable. The house has so much natural light and beautiful views. Don’t miss the sunsets from the deck. The aspens were at peak this weekend and everywhere we drove we were in awe of their beauty, Be wary of stickers when venturing to the bottom of the property, but it is worth it to be surrounded by aspens and hear nothing but rustling leaves and the the babble of the stream. This house works for just a couple but has plenty of room for a big family or several couples. It has everything you need and it is always nice to have a full stocked kitchen as well as washer and dryer. It does have lots of stairs so it may not be the best for someone who has mobility issues. But the bonus of the stairs is the high deck with unbeatable views, And they also condition you for all the great hiking Bailey has! This home is a fantastic value for the space and amenities, we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Views
Thank you for a lovely stay. Though this is remote, the views were worth the drive.

Excellent home, big fenced private yard, clean
Reliable, helpful communication from host. Comfy beds with crisp, clean, warm bedding. Stocked kitchen with good space in sink and fridge; water filter. Big, clear TV, consistent wifi for streaming with intermittent tiny stops. Best-top cell signal (verizon). High quality washer/dryer. Plenty of yard space, private, fenced. Trailheads close by but unmarked trails accessible at end of Gary St, and off Pike Nat Forest 108 (see AllTrails for trails to connect to) with 4X4, motorbike/4 wheeler access, off trail and camping. The dirt roads are good trails in and of themselves. Super location in the neighborhood with some local amenities; in town: great breakfast, opens 5AM-Cutthroat café; giggling goat coffee shop A+.
