I don’t fall into the “guys who don’t care” category lol (33 year old female) but I booked this place for myself, my husband & my brothers. We came up to ride our sleds, just needed a place to crash. Which this was perfect for. It’s definitely like a storage container turned into a little “cabin”

Was a great little place for the night. Very clean and quiet. Owner was extremely responsive when we reached out. We thought it was a great value. If you're looking for a little place to stay for hiking or atving, this is the place!
Check in was a breeze, cabin was very clean and nicely decorated with everything we needed to enjoy days on the trails and warm cozy nights. Was very easy to access trails, and also right off the main drag. Definitely bring warm socks though, the floors can be a tad bit cold. 10/10 will stay here again
Property was perfect location we rode to the atv trails right from our door so much exploring to do was also amazing being able to bring our dogs with us!
It was the perfect little camp for myself, my fiancée, his sister and our 2 dogs. It was clean inside and outside. Located right on the trail. We definitely plan to come back!

Great cozy and clean cabin in Errol NH. Came up to hit the atv trails with the wife and dogs. It was a bit warm during the day so the host purchased fans for us to use which were more than adequate as the evenings are cool. Matt went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing by suggesting restaurants and stores nearby (about a mile up the road), more local atv trails etc. We also had front row seats to a fireworks show which he told us about. We will definitely be coming back.
The isn’t much good I can say about this place. It was basically clean but we could hear mice in the walls. They left clean sheets for us to put on the bed. There was a plastic mattress cover in the bed which made the bed even more uncomfortable. It’s a place for guys who don’t care and won’t actually be using anything. Things to know - no sink in the bathroom, -hole in the bathroom door, -there no room next to the bed, - there were no towels, -plastic shower curtain was dirty (we didn’t use the shower), -no kitchen towels, curtains didn’t cover the kitchen windows. We were very unhappy.
