Villa Athena is a 640 m² holiday villa in Crete, with private pool and sea view, on the central square of a traditional village just 2km from the beach. A perfect starting point for discovering Crete, offering complete relaxation and privacy, close to everything but away from crowds.

What does the villa have to offer you?
Villa Kallergi - Athena is a 600 m² holiday villa in Crete. The interior layout of the living spaces ensures full isolation of each space so that guests can enjoy their holidays in true relaxation and regeneration, whilst at the same time they feel like home. Book Villa Kallergi and let us initiate you to cretan food and culture.
The villa is located in the traditional village of Loutra.
Villa Athena Kallergi has 4 spacious, outdoor common areas at 4 different levels. At level 1, the swimming pool area offers great relaxation.
At level 2, there is another terrace with a large dining table while indoors, there is the villa’s lounge and a concert piano for those who would like to rent a villa with a piano. Right next, there is the main kitchen fully equipped.
On the 1st floor there is a veranda with cretan olive trees under the shadow of a 200-year old vine wrapped around a trellis. The entrances for the Pershephone, Demetra and Elia suites are found in this veranda.
On level 4, in a terrace surrounded with thick vegetation and offering a clear view to the olive groves and the sea, guests can sunbathe. At a slightly higher level, there is a dining room with a trellis.

My Father and I along with my Mother and Brother have been renting our two luxury villas out to worldwide holidaymakers for the last 15 years. The two villas are located actually next to each other which were formerly 5 medieval houses of the village of Loutra. They have great history and beautiful features. The villas are completely separate but we do have guests that rent both of them if they are large groups of people for family holidays/ wedding events or corporate company team events. We can accommodate you all.
We love welcoming guests to the town and actually use several holiday websites for reservations, Homeaway being one of them.
If you have any questions organizing your holidays my family and I will be happy to assist you at all times.
