The adjoining modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. Also on the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms with two beds each and a bathroom and a toilet. The house is additionally equipped with washer and dryer, satellite TV, cot and high chair. The terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, the garden with swing and the in-house bicycles are available for free. As a service, the beds are made and towels are ready. A spacious granny flat can be found in the attic of this holiday home. The 55 sqm apartment is divided into a large living room with dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, a bedroom and a bathroom. An extra bed is possible. The terrace in the garden and the in-house bicycles can be used free of charge. For a surcharge: change-linen sets are available on request. The bringing of pets is possible. The sauna and the infrared cabin can be used in our house Espenisstraße 4, as well as a rowing / fishing boat with 5 hp engine by arrangement.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 22:00 and departures from 06:00 to 10:00.
