The beaches in Seacrest are as beautiful as ever. Everything is fabulous! Come enjoy the huge lagoon pool with waterfalls, the tennis and 4 brand new pickle ball courts, the wonderful shopping and restaurants, and all the other amenities that this beautiful area has to offer!

High Pointe is a beautiful gated community on the ocean side of Florida Highway 30A. We are unit 222 and are located on the second floor of building 2, which is directly in front of you as you drive through our gates. Our two bedroom unit overlooks the wonderful huge tropical lagoon pool, complete with waterfalls and spacious poolside area. There is a kiddie pool and hot tub next to the pool, brand new tennis court and FOUR brand new pickle ball courts on site, a kids playground, and even a shuffleboard court. High Pointe is also the home of Crabby Steve's, a bar and grill that overlooks the beach and ocean - the perfect place for lunch or a cold beverage of your choice after a day on the beach. Best place to watch the sunset in the area! Crabby Steve's is open March 1 - October 31.

Our unit has two bedrooms with a king bed in the master and two full size beds in the guest bedroom. The unit also has two full newly remodeled bathrooms, 52 inch flat screen tv and DVD player in the living room, flat screen televisions in both bedrooms, DVD in the second bedroom for the kids, and a washer and dryer. The kitchen was also just remodeled with new cabinets and countertops! High speed wireless internet is provided as well as free parking. The balcony provides great views of the pool and you can see the ocean while you sip your morning coffee and enjoy the fresh ocean air. Our rentals also include (at no extra charge) one beach set up per day - two chairs/one umbrella/small table provided by the onsite beach service! (March 1 - October 31).

High Pointe sits right between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach - you can walk to the shops and restaurants, rent bicycles on site, enjoy an arts and crafts show, or even live music! Across the street is the Village of South Walton with several great restaurants, other shops, and even ice cream. No need to even get into your car.

There are numerous golf courses in the area, deep sea fishing, and many other activities nearby. The popular Pier Park area in Panama City Beach is just a short drive east.

Our family of 4 greatly enjoyed our stay at Brad's place. You can't beat the location of the condo- we walked everywhere the entire week- from shopping to meals. The beach was a short walk and having chairs included was a game changer! The pool was lovely, wish it would have been heated, but understood that is not done at the property. We ate out most meals, but kitchen items were adequate to cook- but no spices or seasoning so pack them if you plan to cook. We would highly recommend this condo and come back again!

This was our first time staying on the beaches of 30A but I'm confident we stayed at the best location along the coast. Brad's condo is perfectly situated - no streets to cross to get to pool or beach. The condo itself was fantastic for our family of 4 - clean, comfortable, great balcony with water views. The pool is amazing - very family friendly. The included beach set-up was top-notch. Walking up/down the shore you don't need to be a 30A expert to realize how fortunate High Pointe owners/guests are to have access to their pristine private beach - much more spacious than many areas. Brad, the owner, was very easy to work with - responsive, gave clear instructions and was accommodating. Overall, it was an amazing vacation. I feel we will be returning for years to come. Thanks Brad for your wonderful hospitality!

Great spring break stay w my two boys (4 & 6) and husband. Can’t beat the beach access. The condo was better than the pictures posted - I think the primary bath has been updated since. Just wish the pool was heated and that the tennis courts weren’t under construction.

Great Spot in High Pointe
We have been coming to the 30a area for about 10 years now and have stayed at most of the major developments. We discovered High Pointe a few years back and love it’s adjacency to the beach and small beach crowds relative to other developments. This is a great 2br unit in High Pointe that is well updated and nicely furnished. Brad was easy to work with and would highly recommend this unit.

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. We wanted to go to the 30A area...and wanted a combination of rest and relaxation and ability to go to the beach and pool! We found the right place! The unit was exactly as the pictures show and are presented. It was so nice to be able to go to the beach each day and the chairs and umbrella were ready to go...and to stop by the pool on the way back! Everything is walkable. And September was a perfect month to go as the humidity was down a little and a less crowds. Brad was very responsive and really very easy to work with! Thanks for letting us stay at your place!

Everything was perfect for a family with young children, including no carpet in the unit, the pool (3 feet deep at the easy to access stairs), beach access (with a ramp and only one row of chairs, guaranteeing a perfect view), ice cream, pizza, and donuts across the street, and a five minute walk to Rosemary with free activities for children daily. Unit 222 is great is all respects!
We stayed at this condo with our two children and a grandparent. There was plenty of sleeping room and living room for all of us. The property is incredibly well-stocked (including some beach chairs under the master bed), and also comes with two rental chairs and an umbrella that are set up each day by the beach vendor. It was very clean and has been updated. The location can’t be beat. We love to walk to Rosemary Beach and the area across the street, where there are restaurants, donuts, ice cream and candy, and live music. Crabby Steve’s between the condo buildings and the beach access is a very convenient spot for a quick lunch or dinner.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of four. High Pointe is a dream location within walking distance to Rosemary Beach town square, Seacrest shops/restaurants (Peddler’s Pavilion), and even the town of Alys Beach. Another asset to this property is Crabby Steve’s beachside restaurant & bar! We loved being able to eat grouper or crab cake sandwiches, wings & chilled shrimp cocktail without leaving the beach & pool! High Pointe 222 is very comfortable, attractively decorated and well-appointed. We really appreciated the attention to detail such as the hand soaps at every sink, full-size bath soaps, tissues in every room and stocked kitchen. The condo was very clean, and I personally love that there’s no carpet in the condo. We loved the location of this particular condo being directly overlooking the resort-style lagoon pool (another big plus!) because it felt like an air-conditioned (2nd floor) cabana! Even if you were inside the condo, you felt like you were a part of the action at the pool. Also, since the condo is located in the front of High Pointe, Peddlers’ Pavilion shops & restaurants are only steps away. We loved our stay in 222!

Why they chose this property

We previously owned property in the area and had been visiting the area for many years. When High Pointe was being constructed, we decided that this was the place we wanted to own and where we wanted to spend our vacations. We are the original owners of our unit and have owned it since 1997. We could not be more satisfied with the condo, the property, and the area.

What makes this property unique

High Pointe has one of the largest private beaches in the area to make for the best experience. High Pointe is also home to Crabby Steve's, the only beachfront bar and restaurant in the area. In addition, High Pointe has recently added 4 pickle ball courts, one of the very few properties in the area to have this amenity.
