Modernly furnished and equipped with the latest technology and entertainment, this villa can accommodate a total of 8 adults.

The spacious entrance leads you directly into the approx. 125 m² large living / kitchen area. The open kitchen is equipped with the most modern electrical appliances and has enough space for all kitchen utensils, the heart of the cook or the cook desires.

In the large living area invites a couch landscape in front of the entertainment center to linger. The 65 "LED TV has Ambiente Mode and is connected to a Sonos-Playbar.

The dinette can accommodate 8 people.

The living / kitchen area separates the two sleeping areas, which each have 2 bedrooms of 20-25 m² in size with full king size beds.

The two bedrooms in the right wing each have their own bathroom with shower / WC and a large closet for clothes. One of the bedrooms is directly connected to the lanai and the pool area via a patio door.

The two bedrooms in the left wing each have their own small bathroom with laundry facilities / WC and a walk-in closet. Through the small hallway both bedrooms are connected to the 18m² master bath. There you can also use the bathtub next to the very spacious shower. The back of the two bedrooms is in turn directly connected via a patio door with the lanai and the pool area.

All bedrooms are equipped with a 42 "LED TV

Both bedroom wings are connected to separate air conditioners, which can be controlled separately. If some of the guests prefer to sleep at higher temperatures than the others, this can be easily organized.

The lanai with a total size of over 50m² offers another dining area for up to 8 people, a Club Lounge with 55 "outdoor TV and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and fridge.

In front of the lanai is the pool area. Here we have made sure that with a total length of 10 m you can not only splash but also swim a few laps. The saltwater filter system ensures environmentally friendly and healthy safe for crystal clear water. The pool is equipped with a multi-color lighting that can be controlled via the remote control like the switchable heating system.

Special highlight in the pool: If you let the bar stools, which were made specifically for the pool into the water, you can look directly from the pool with a bottle of beer the next Superbowl or simply enjoy the fantastic view from the pool.

To protect our younger guests, you can optionally separate the pool area with a security fence from the lanai.

The separate whirlpool invites you to relax with a glass of bubbly with a direct view of the lake in peace.

Outside there is an additional pool-toilet and an outdoor shower.

By boat (not included) the open sea over the canal is directly accessible without locks.

Amazing house

The house is almost as good as the photo's. It's only better the photo's don't do it justice. The only thing we don't like about the house is that they clean the BBQ way to well so it is not seasoned when you use it for the first time.

Perfect house

This house is amazing. The pool and hot tub are amazing and gave the kids something to do, when we were at the house. The house had everything you needed plus more. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful home! Exactly as pictured!

This was my family’s first trip not staying on the beach so we were all a little worried. But we had a amazing week! The home is exactly as pictured. My 2 1/2 year old grandson loved the pool! I would definitely recommend this property! The only issue we had was internet is very slow and our cell service wasn’t the best.

Wonderful House For Family Vacation

The house was exactly as pictured on the VRBO website. Everything was clean and easy to use. The house had everything we could ever have needed. It was so nice to have items like beach chairs and beach towels, grill and grill accessories, even a recipe for no see ums. We use the pool and hot tub every day. The view from the patio was fantastic. Talisa, the representative we contacted for check in and out was easy to contact and so nice. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. I’d definitely recommend Oldfields Paradise! Thank you for a great vacation!

Vacation Perfection

Words and pictures do not do this property justice. As beautiful as you think it is, it is even better in person! The house has been thoughtfully furnished and decorated. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There are plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen is well-stocked with state of the art appliances. The best part of all? The outdoor space! We spent the majority of our time there. From the pool to the spa to the loungers, there is plenty of room for everyone. There is also an outdoor kitchen, a shower, and a bathroom. We absolutely fell in love with this place and cannot wait to stay again!

Absolutely beautiful place in SW Florida

We rented the house to get away during COVID. We truly enjoyed ourselves. It was quiet and relaxing. The house is absolutely immaculate. Cleanest place we’ve ever rented. We were truly impressed. Every amenity is here. TV’s everywhere, Sonos system, infinity pool, hot tub. The LED lights on the pool and hot tub were awesome. Added so much to the ambiance. The house is huge. Bedrooms comfortable. The massive shower was a real treat. The refrigerator on the Lanai was great to have. Could grab a drink without drying off. There is also a bathroom out there, which is great to have. The house being right on the water gave us awesome views. We could see schools of Mullet jumping out of the water. They scared us at first as we didn’t know what the splashing was. Ralf and his management crew were great and easy to work with. Only tiny negative is that the wifi in the house is terrible (not anyone’s fault, there is no access other than satellite unfortunately). We just used our unlimited cellular plan when needing to stream anything. Seeing how techy the owner is, I’m certain he’ll upgrade that when available. Other than that, everything was perfect. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Paradise

The house is just as pictured! The outdoor amenities and views are spectacular! We had 2 families for four stay in this house and there was plenty of room and plenty of things to do. We loved staying there especially if you don’t mind traveling (10-15 mins) to get to stores. The area is peaceful and quiet. Our TV was turned off a day too soon and WiFi is spotty so that made it challenging the day with the kids. Thank you for making Cape Coral a wonderful vacation experience!

Great property

This was a great property, with an amazing pool. We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed exploring Cape Coral, Matlacha, Sanibel, and Ft Myers. Lots of great beaches and restaurants in the area. The only real complaint is, as alot of people have pointed out, the internet is bad, like really bad (seems like not much can be done about it). Cell coverage is spotty as well, so just bad overall there. Other than that, wonderful house, pool, and great location.

The Best Rental We've Ever Had

This is by far the best rental property my family has used. The house had anything you could ever need for a week at the pool (or some time at the beach if you so choose). The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of plush towels and beach towels, the pool area was well stocked and the garage had lots of extras if need be. The best part of this property was the level of cleanliness. I typically expect that I am going to have to do some cleaning when I arrive at a rental because my standards are usually too high. I didn't have to touch a thing. There was no mold in the shower, no crumb in any drawer, no dust on any surface, no sand on the floor and no spots on a single faucet. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is interested, The only downside was this is about 40-50 minutes from Fort Meyers airport and if you are renting a boat (which the owner generously installed cleats for), be aware you are a good 50 minutes or so from open water.

It was a good trip for our first time renting a house for vacation (Family of 4 adults)

Pros: It was a very clean and well-kept property. I loved that there was a bathroom off of each of the bedrooms, and an outside bathroom by the pool. The beds and furniture were pretty comfortable. The pool and spa were used and enjoyed daily (the pool man came on Tuesday morning). I also really enjoyed the large bathtub and shower room. The location was great, it was in a quiet neighborhood away from busy roads which made for a peaceful stay. Stores were about 15 minutes away (Walmart, Target, Publix) and beaches about an hour away (we went to Ft. Myers and Venice Beach). The sunsets over the water were absolutely beautiful to watch every night on the lanai. The host/owner as well as the property managers were easy to contact and pleasant to interact with. Check-in and check-out were easy and quick, Adam did both for us and he was really nice. (Note: When they show you how to control the pool/spa area, I recommend writing things down or taking a video as a point of reference). This was our first experience renting a house for vacation, and it was a good one overall. Cons: The Wifi was out for most of our stay, but it did work well the few times it was up and running. But something I feel should be made known is that you cannot stream any type of video over the Wifi (the location of the house is in an area without a good connection, so only music streaming and internet surfing are allowed. No YouTube, Netflix, Amazon, etc. There is a way to do something with a sim card that would allow you to stream these services, but I'm not that technically advanced so we didn't attempt to do this.) This was probably the biggest negative for our family because I had planned on using Zoom to get some work done while there, and we had even brought our Roku so my grandpa could watch TV while the rest of us did other things (he has health issues so his ability to do stuff is limited.) The TVs do have cable so it's not like you're left without anything, I enjoyed watching re-runs of the Office and some movies. We tried to use our phone data, but our service inside the house was terrible (Boost Mobile). Perhaps other networks would give you better coverage, I'm not sure. However, if streaming isn't a huge concern for you, this really is a nice sort of off-the-grid oasis for people to enjoy. Two more things: Trash ran Thursday morning instead of Friday as the paperwork said, and the blinds in the two pool-view bedrooms need to be fixed, they don't close properly.

THE HIDDEN GEM...AN OASIS ON THE GULF

We have rented other homes in Florida before, but this one was a true gem that we found. Walking into this villa, the view is breathtaking & you can't help but to fall in love with it instantly. We went to relax & just getaway from "life." As business owners, sometimes you just need that place where you can just breathe & take in the beauty of your environment. When I say this villa had it all, I mean it had it all. Even down to home made bug spray. With the pandemic we didn't want to leave & go out much so we stayed put pretty much at the villa all day for the 7 day visit. I can't think of anything that we "needed" while we were there. The pool & hot tub was perfect & made this vacation so relaxing. The fully stocked kitchen was perfect for cooking all the meals. The outdoor kitchenette & grill area was another great addition. I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants to take a group or just a couple like us that wants to relax. I can't say enough great things about this villa. Other than TRY IT FOR YOURSELF! We will definitely book again :-) Thanks to Ralf, his lovely family & the VRBO team for being such great hosts & their professionalism. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Great Home with great amenities

We travelled to Oldfield's Paradise for a week with friends. What a nice time we had. Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Well equipped with appliances, dinnerware towels etc. They thought of everything! Highly recommended!!
