About this property

Our holiday house No. 8 is located in the quiet bungalow park t´Zijper Eilant in Oudesluis about 9 km from the Callantsoog North Sea beach.
The house has approximately 85 m² of living space, 2 terraces, three bedrooms, including a single room, a shower room, toilet (bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms). Bed linen and towels are not available and should be brought along.

A cozy, high quality living and kitchen area with TV (satellite), DVD, stereo, WiFi, fridge, oven etc. There is a restaurant on site.

The house has direct access to the surrounding canal with its own jetty. From here you can plan leisurely boat tours with a paddle or motor. There is a boat rental company in town. Of course, the jetty is also ideal for fishing.

Shops:
Supermarkets at 4 km in Anna Paulowna and Schagen at about 8 km. The beautiful historic cities of Alkmaar, Hoorn and Den Helder are nearby and can be easily reached in 30 minutes by car.
In our facility there is also a large swimming pool for free use. With the motorboat you can go directly behind our house or from our harbor to the Amstelmeer and via locks to the North Sea.

Great family time

Despite a discrepancy in the house location, we had a stunning timr in Oudesluis. The house is great and well adapted to families with young kids. The neighborhood is quite with a safe playground nearby. The area is great to visit the region. Great time!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, super ausgestattet, sehr gemütlich, tolle Lage.Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Umgehende Antwort, als unser Auto am Abreisetag noch in der Werkstatt stand. Kommen bestimmt wieder!

Nettes Haus am Kanal in Nordholland

Unser Kurztrip nach Nordholland war sehr gut. Das Haus hat eine gute Lage und man ist mit dem Auto sehr schnell am Strand (z.B. Callantsoog). Es gibt viele hübsche Städte, wie Alkmaar in der Nähe. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Ferien mit Familie

Wir sind im Sturm und Regen angekommen. Nachdem wir das Haus betreten haben, haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Klasse Ausstattung. In der Küche hat uns nichts gefehlt. Prima war auch das Schwimmbad um die Ecke.

Tolles Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung

Gibt nicht viel zu sagen - war einfach toll! Haben eine Woche hier verbracht, eigentlich zu kurz. Das Haus ist super schön, sehr geschmachvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir sind alle etwas kurz geraten, von daher war es etwas schwierig, sich im Badezimmerspiegel zu sehen 😂 Schade war, dass gerade der Pool in der Anlage abgelassen wurde, aber alles halb so schlimm, muss ja schließlich auch gemacht werden. Mit unseren Leihfahrrädern von Fred's Verhuur waren wir ruckzuck am Strand. Ganz vielen Dank und viele Grüße von der ganzen Family ❤️

Ein fast perfekter Urlaub

Das Häuschen war sehr nett und auch sauber genug. Bad und WC waren etwas eng, aber machbar und okay. Hier und da hätte es etwas sauberer sein können. Was aber eigentlich als einziges wirklich gestört hat, war der strenge modrige Geruch aus dem Bad, den wir aber mit Duftsteinen relativ in den gut Griff bekommen haben. Der Ort und dir Lage sind perfekt. Konnten von dort sehr viel mit dem Auto unternehmen.

Rundum Zufriedenpaket

Wir haben alles ordentlich und sauber angetroffen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und konnten viele schöne Städtchen besuchen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr zu empfehlen. Einzig das Badezimmer könnte ein wenig größer sein.

Schönes Ferienhaus in Nordholland

Wir hatte eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem großzügig Ferienhaus. Ausstattung top. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Lage ebenfalls, wir konnten die Kids immer alleine zum Spielplatz schicken, da der Spielplatz in Sichtweite vom Garten war und sich das Ferienhaus in einem verkehrsberuhigten Bereich befand. Den direkten Zugang zum Steg nutzen wir zum Angeln und Boot fahren. Wenn der Weg für uns nicht so weit wäre, würden wir definitiv wieder kommen.

Prima Aufenthalt in Nordholland

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus vom Herrn Winter sehr genossen. Es hat alles genau der Beschreibung im Inserat entsprochen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass es im Ort Oudesluis keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Die nächsten Möglichkeiten sind Schagen und Anna-Paulowna, ca. 5-7 km entfernt, dort mit Supermarkt bzw. Einkaufszentrum. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Winter im Vorfeld war hervorragend.

Heerlijk plekje!

Wij hebben een heerlijke midweek gehad in het huisje in Oudesluis. We maakten een prachtige wandeling van 16 km vanuit Callantsoog. We hebben op onze racefietsen een mooie tocht gemaakt. Verder een dagje naar Texel en een dagje naar Alkmaar en Amsterdam. Het huisje ligt achteraan op een rustig vakantiepark, is comfortabel en goed uitgerust. Vooral s’ochtends konden we genieten van de vogelgeluiden met een kopje koffie in de zon op het bankje achter het huis.

Super Lage, süßes Haus - nichts für Arachnophobiker ;))

Daniel Winter ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber, der hier sein kleines aber feines Häuschen anbietet. Wir hatten nicht erwartet, dass wir direkte Nachbarn haben, da die Bilder eher ein alleine stehendes Haus vermuten lassen, aber es war überhaupt nicht laut und es waren durchweg nette Menschen dort. 🙂 Wir hatten nicht mit so vielen Deutschen gerechnet, da merkt man wohl, dass wir noch nicht so oft in den Niederlanden Urlaub gemacht haben und es hatte durchaus Vorteile nicht an Sprachbarrieren zu scheitern.😉😅 Da wir keine Spinnenfans sind, kostete uns der Aufenthalt den ein oder anderen Nerv, denn wir hatten zahlreiche Begegnungen mit den kleinen oder auch größeren Mitbewohnern - von Bett bis Topf war alles dabei ... 😅😂 Uns hat es etwas weniger schreckhaft werden lassen, echte Spinnenphobiker haben hier aber definitiv nichts zu suchen. Wir hatten eine kurze aber tolle Zeit, haben sogar Robben recht nah sehen dürfen und besonders den herrlichen Strand von Callantsoog sehr genossen- danke!😊
